1. Using this website

• ●You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
• ●You are responsible for keeping your account details and password confidential.
• ●You must not misuse this website or attempt unauthorised access to any part of it.

2. Orders and payment

When you place an order you will receive an on-screen confirmation. This is an acknowledgement of your order, not acceptance — a contract is formed when your order is dispatched. All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout via our secure payment provider.

3. Pricing and availability

We work hard to keep product information, pricing and stock levels accurate, but errors can occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing error on an item you have ordered, we will contact you and give you the option to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Delivery

Delivery times and charges are set out on our Shipping page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please see the Shipping page for full details of the areas we serve and expected timeframes.

5. Returns and refunds

• ●Unopened coffee and merchandise can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
• ●For food safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened coffee bags unless the product is faulty.
• ●If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we will replace it or refund you in full.

6. Subscriptions

You can pause, swap or cancel your coffee subscription at any time from your account page before the next billing date. Payments already taken are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including the Laraco name, logo, packaging designs, text and imagery — is owned by or licensed to 8Steps Limited and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Liability and law

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and the courts of Scotland have exclusive jurisdiction.
