Everything you need to know about how we roast, pack and deliver your Laraco coffee.

Delivery options

• ●Standard UK delivery — £3.95, typically 2–4 working days.
• ●Free standard delivery — on all orders over £30.
• ●Express delivery — £6.95, next working day when ordered before 1pm (Monday–Friday).

Dispatch times

Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday are usually roasted, packed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm or at weekends leave our roastery on the next working day. During busy periods dispatch may take up to 48 hours.

Freshness promise

We only roast to order. Your coffee is sealed within hours of roasting, so it arrives at peak freshness. Every bag is stamped with its roast date.

Delivery areas

We currently deliver across the whole of the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and the Channel Islands. Highland and island postcodes may take an extra 1–2 working days. We are working on international shipping — contact us if you are outside the UK.

Tracking your order

You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched. You can also check the status of any order on your account page or the order confirmation page.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders always ship free of charge and are dispatched on or around the same date each month. You can change your delivery address or pause a delivery from your account page.

Problems with a delivery

• ●Damaged or missing items — contact us within 7 days and we will put it right.
• ●Late delivery — if your order has not arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, let us know and we will track it down or send a replacement.
